Shawn's training focused primarily on the body areas which were most involved physically, with the game of golf. He assessed my strength/weaknesses in these areas and developed a fitness program to add flexibility, strength and balance accordingly.  My physical stamina, flexibility and strength improved and so did my golf game! The benchmarks to measure such was my ability to drive longer than my fellow golf mates and compared to them, my game improved significantly.
